Long-Time Pagans: Did you start out a "fluffy bunny?"?

I've been pagan for over 15 years, but back when I first started I was Wiccan and yes, sadly, I was a fluffy bunny for about a year - I honestly believed the whole "White Light, sunshine and rainbows, there's no dark/negativity and why would I ever need to hex anyone, blah blah blah." I learned in less than a year that it wasn't correct, it took serious study and reading for me to learn that. I wasn't willing ignorant of my actions, I just wasn't informed enough to understand anything correctly.
