I really want to tone up more, because within a year i went from 48 kgs to 56 kgs and im only 5'2" so im uncomfortable with myself now. I workout everysingle day asometimes 1 hr 30 min, mostly 1 hr. once i did 2hrs. and i eat normally but im still chubby. do i hav to cut food off to be skinny again? i used to nto eat and i dropped frm lyk 60 to 48 kgs. but i wan alose weight the right way and tighten up!
