Not sure if im over-reacting? help?

you are not overreacting. every thing that he is doing is completely wrong. it is not your fault but i would do every thing i could to avoid him and never go any where alone with him. avoid being in your room by your self when he is around. i do not know any of the legal stuff behind this but it is possible that you could charge him with ual ault and could get a restraining order against him. but the legal question is for some one with more knowledge to answer. im very sorry to hear about this and i hope all will work out in your benefit what ever it is that you do.
