No manager is available for interview, and my qualifications are excellent. Avoiding appearance of desperation, what extra step can I take that may put me outside the other 99 that applied in 1 day. I want to show diligence of pursuing an interview, reasoned by my knowledge that I know I will follow a work ethic that is higher than required, and maintain high performance after initial burst of gratitude dissapates.
