Whats"gigs and tours"ticket operator like(any good)?

ive been ripped off earlier this year so i am a bit weary about some sites.i always use Ticketmaster but the seats for this gig i want are rubbish,where there are two great seats ready to buy on"gigs and tours".are they any reliable?
