In NYS Divorce Complaint Contested and Counterclaim of Parential Alienation Can Plaintiff Proceed w/o filing?

I dont think people that tell you to get a lawyer are idiots. They just know that the laws vary so much state to state and sadly from judge to judge that they are giving you good advice. The first consult is usually free and you could get valuable information by calling several lawyers and asking their take on it. Its very hard to win against a mother unless she is very obviously unfit and even then it still is. I wish you the best. Divorce is very painful and loosing contact with your child on a daily basis is the outfall of divorce. It spreads its ugly pain far and wide. I wish you peace.
