How many volts should my new power supply be?

I got an ATX frame with 2 gigs of RAM (i want 4 eventually), a nvidia 9400 PCI_E graphics adapter and a pentium-d 3.0ghz core. Motherboard is some ASU-model forgot which one. Would you suggest over 500 watts or is that fine?
